Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Shoes must show no signs of wear and have their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Shoes that show any signs of wear (scuffs, dirt, or creases)
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-ordered products
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address (our warehouse in Tucson, AZ)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the package
- All original packaging and accessories
- A copy of your order confirmation (if possible)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You should see the credit in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
