We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our wide-fit footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our collections (BILLY Wide Shoes, Styles for Kids, Men, and Women). If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Shoes must show no signs of wear (scuffs, dirt, or creases)
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Shoes showing any signs of wear
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-ordered products
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Our warehouse address in Tucson, AZ
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the package
- All original packaging and accessories
- A copy of your order confirmation (if possible)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You should see the credit in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
